As many of you are aware employees all throughout DHS were on the longest furlough in history during December and January. During this time our local food banks provided meals to those DHS employees in need. As a way to thank them, ASMC Hampton Roads Chapter wanted to collect and give back to them, so we had a Peanut Butter drive! Peanut Butter is the #1 requested food from food banks and ASMC Hampton Roads Chapter collected over 200 jars as well as donated other food items. Thank you to everyone for their support!!
